Distributor takes Tea Building space.


Regency Regency, in British history, the period of the last nine years (1811–20) of the reign of George III, when the king's insanity had rendered him unfit to rule and the government was vested in the prince of Wales (later George IV) as regent.  Warehousing & Distribution, Inc., a leader in transportation, warehousing, and distribution services, has leased 437,000 square feet at Lincoln Equities Group's Raritan Industrial Center located at 1200 Route 523 in Flemington, N.J.

Joe Nitti of Sitar represented the tenant in the transaction and Colliers Houston represented Lincoln Equities Group.
