Distribution Agreement With Centura Software Corporation Terminated.DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1997--InfoSpinner, the developer and owner of ForeSite(TM), a Web-to-legacy software product, today announced that its ForeSite distribution agreement with Centura Software Corporation (Nasdaq:CNTR CNTR Center CNTR Container CNTR Control CNTR Counter ), has been terminated due to non-performance by Centura under the distribution agreement.
