Disney deals.

Disney Deals: Walt Disney Co. and Comcast Corp. said they are close to an agreement that would place Disney programming on Comcast's video-on-demand cable service. As part of the pact, Comcast will acquire Disney's 39.5 percent stake in E! Entertainment Television for $1.23 billion giving Comcast complete ownership of the entertainment network. The agreement calls for Comcast to spend about a $1 billion annually for prime time ABC programs such as "Desperate Housewives" and "Lost" for its on-demand cable service.
