ABC Radio was, from 1945 until 2007, the division of the American Broadcasting Company (ABC) focused on AM radio and FM radio broadcasting.
 network -- which includes four local stations -- but Wall Street doesn't seem to be taking him seriously.

"(Eisner) said (the network) is not an integral part of their strategy," said Raymond Katz of Bear Steams. But he noted that Eisner doesn't sound like a serious seller.

"I can't imagine it's one of Disney's Top 20 priorities," said Richard Read Richard Read (born 1957) is a Pulitzer Prize-winning American journalist.

Disney does have bigger issues to worry about. The ABC television ABC Television may refer to:

 network is struggling, theme-park attendance is down and Disney's stock is stuck in a long slump. Meanwhile, the company faces increasing pressure from institutional investors, as well as its own board.

The ABC radio network has 26 stations -- including KABC-AM (790), KDIS-AM (710), KLOS-FM (95.5) and KSPN-AM (1110) in L.A.

The local station group stands to begin generating substantially more advertising revenues next year when the Anaheim Angels' radio broadcasts will move to KSPN from KLACAM (570). In anticipation of the change, KDIS and KSPN will be switching signals on Jan. 1, returning the Angels to their former home at 710 AM.
