Shaw will be responsible for planning and implementing marketing efforts around the world for all of the business units within the Consumer Products division: toys, apparel, hardlines, interactive, collectibles and The Disney Store. "Phil has a wealth of experience shepherding the development of great brands within the packaged-goods and consumer-products industry," Mooney said.
