Dismayed at photo essay.


I am a registered nurse working as a community worker with older people and was appalled when I received my May journal. Like so many of my colleagues, I also try to raise awareness of elder abuse Elder Abuse Definition

Elder abuse is a general term used to describe harmful acts toward an elderly adult, such as physical abuse, sexual abuse, emotional or psychological abuse, financial exploitation, and neglect, including self-neglect.
, hence my dismay at the article.
