Discuss plan for comprehensive settlement of Cambodian conflict.


Extensive discussions were held in February in Hanoi on the draft plan for a comprehensive political settlement of the Cambodian conflict.

) and the two Co-Presidents and Mr. Ahmed in Paris from 21 to 23 December 1990. It reaffirmed its willingness to support the efforts of the Co-Presidents to resolve remaining issues.

The Co-Presidents reported they had formally presented the 26 November 1990 draft agreements on a comprehensive political settlement to SNC members who, in turn, reiterated their acceptance in its entirety of the framework document formulated in August by the Council's permanent members as the basis for settling the Cambodia conflict.
