Discover seeks bank partners: The Discover/NOVUS Network says it is
open to financial institutions of all sizes that want to partner and
issue credit, debit, stored value and other payment types on the
network. "Given Discovers attractive cost structure, we can offer
substantially lower assessments to issuers because our network is more
focused and integrated," said David W. Nelms, chairman and CEO of
Discover Financial Services.
