Disappearing(TM) Inc., a provider of corporate policy management systems, announced its participation in today's launch of Microsoft Office XP.

Disappearing Inc.'s policy management system, Disappearing Email Policy Manager, helps enterprises manage the risks associated with unwanted email archives by creating messages in a digital version of disappearing ink. Email is easy to distribute and nearly impossible to erase, and inappropriate use, uncontrolled distribution, and oversized archives puts corporations at risk. Liabilities aside, just complying with email discovery requests costs companies millions of dollars. Disappearing Email for Microsoft Outlook is a plug-in that allows corporations to set and enforce email retention policies necessary to manage these risks.

In addition, Disappearing Inc., a Microsoft eServices partner, has implemented the Microsoft Passport Single Sign-in Service in its Web site registration process.
