DirectView and Newport International Group Enter Into Distribution Agreement for IP Videophone Equipment.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- DirectView, Inc. (OTCBB:DRVW), a full-service provider of high-quality, cost efficient videoconferencing technologies and services, today announced they have signed a distribution agreement with Newport International Group (OTCBB:NWPO) enabling Newport to distribute DirectView's IP videophone and related technology as an add-on to its Grassroots Communications subsidiary line of products. Newport intends to offer DirectView's videophone with their soon to be launched Conga communications and conferencing tool whereby customers can conduct VoIP calls and video-enabled teleconferences via computer or IP phone equipment. While specific pricing terms on equipment were not disclosed, DirectView will offer scaling pricing discounts for unit sales between 2,000 and 10,000 units.
