DirdyDrawz Introduces Alternative Urban Headgear.

Entertainment Editors/Lifestyle Editors/Business Editors

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 31, 2004

DirdyDrawz Inc. is launching a new urban Du-Rag aimed at 8-16 year olds in the urban and suburban centers of the U.S. The headgear is the first release of planned alternative urban fashion styles to be introduced in the coming months. Currently there is a glimpse of the headgear featured on the company's website at www.dirdydrawz.com

The company is seeking strategic relationships with pattern makers, cutting factories, and marketing firms to further their fashion line. The company is planning to establish relationships with firms that have little or no synergy with it. Dirdydrawz is in talks to set up a marketing strategy with Toffee Sensations (www.toffeesensations.com). Toffee Sensations is candy manufacturing company based in Los Angeles. DirdyDrawz is also seeking relationships with the music, film and computer software industries. An investment banking firm has been retained to assist the company in its strategic planning.

Our long-term goal is to be a top-line fashion retailer with operations in U.S. malls, like Neiman Marcus, Calvin Klein, Donna Karan, Kenneth Cole, St. John Knits, Jhane Barnes, Escada, BCBG and Tommy Hilfiger.
