Ventura Technologies Selects Captura to Provide Travel and
Expense Management for Its Diners Club Business Travel Portal
Captura(R) Software today announced a strategic alliance with Diners Club Italia to offer Captura Expense(TM), Captura's expense management solution.
Diners Club Italia will provide Captura Expense through Ventura Technologies for their global travel portal. Together they will offer an end-to-end global travel solution dedicated to businesses and business travelers through an on-line travel portal hosted by Etnoteam.com, part of I.NET group.
The portal will give travelers the ability to self-book a trip on-line with access to personalized destination information, and alert details such as weather, air strikes, etc., while also offering the best deal available to them. The system will utilize Captura Expense to pre-populate the employees' expense claim with all charges made against the Diners corporate card, enabling quick and accurate processing and reimbursement. This will allow companies to ensure that employees comply with all corporate policies while empowering them with valuable information as to where their travel expenditure is being spent.
Captura's global capabilities were a vital factor in Ventura's selection of Captura Expense. Key features include multi-language support for Italian, French and Spanish, support for business mileage log, and per diems, which best suited Diners' aim of providing an end-to-end global travel solution.
