Eaton Corporation's Trucking Information Services announced today that Dillon Transport of McCook, Illinois has purchased FleetAdvisor(R) systems, for their company's entire fleet.

FleetAdvisor (www.fleetadvisor.com) is a complete transportation logistics and fleet management system, which in addition to full-function on-board computing, features the industries fastest, most reliable and least expensive satellite communications service. The system also uses a comprehensive Application Programming Interface (API) to seamlessly integrate with proprietary back-office systems and other third-party software applications.

Recently released product enhancements also include the InfoTach digital tach-o-graph which improves safety and monitors a variety of performance parameters; and Tracking Advisor, a GIS mapping software that uses global positioning technology to support trip planning, monitor route execution and facilitate management by exception. FleetAdvisor's precise collection and immediate processing of information also includes the industries only fully compliant, real time, paperless DOT logs along with accurate IFTA state mileage reporting. Dillon is a bulk asphalt hauler with operations in Illinois, Georgia and Florida.
