(stock symbol) DTAS - Distributed Telephony Architecture System) today announced the preliminary results of stockholder voting at its 2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Company reported that approximately 89 percent of the outstanding shares were represented either in person or by proxy at the meeting. Digitas stockholders affirmatively voted to: --Re-elect Class III director Gregor S.
