Digital broadband opens new location in Norwalk.

Michael Vandall, Branch Manager for Digital Broadband Communications, announced that the company has opened its doors at 40 Richards Ave. in Norwalk, Conn., where they have leased 5,600 square feet and employ 25 people. In 2001 they will lease a total of 6,280 square feet. John Hannigan, Prinicpal of Choyce Peterson, Inc., represented Digital Broadband in the lease negotiations.

Digital Broadband Communications is a newly formed broadband communications provider headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts. Digital Broadband is noted for its high level of customer service and a DSL based portfolio of communications services that increases user flexibility while reducing overall costs. DSL (Digital Subscriber Lines) uses proven technology to deliver high speed dedicated broadband connectivity directly to a business or a home office over existing copper telephone lines insuring faster connectivity that is cheaper than traditional dedicated lines and eliminates the expense of costly business line charges.

Digital Broadband's Vandall was well acquainted with the strategic advantage Choyce Peterson's "tenant-only" representation provides. When Mike was still associated with a former employer, Choyce" peterson completed a relocation and expansion project for them. When it became clear that finding the right building in the right location would be a tough challenge in this highly competitive market, Vandall knew Hannigan's ability to think out-of-the-box would be a critical asset for the growing internet firm and its search for space. 40 Richards Avenue, which will serve as a base for the Sales and Operations Center, was an ideal choice for the new office because of its proximity to I-95.
