Digital Wire starts new title to cover Digital Media Law.


Digital Media Wire, Inc. (Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. , CA) has begun the production of Digital Media Law & Policy Report, a monthly newsletter, and Digital Media Law & Policy News Weekly, an e-mail newsletter product. An annual subscription to the newsletter costs $695 in print and $595 online, while an annual subscription to the weekly e-mail update costs $295.

Described as the "definitive resource for legal and policy matters related to digital media," each DML&PR includes 25-30 pages of case summaries, news and analysis, commentary, policy updates, court filings and interviews with legal counsel and business leaders. Each issue includes about 15 case summaries (Intertainer v. AOL (A division of Time Warner, Inc., New York, NY, www.aol.com) The world's largest online information service with access to the Internet, e-mail, chat rooms and a variety of databases and services.  Time Warner, Dickey v. Universal Music Group, etc.).

It also includes summaries, documents and analysis of digital copyright, and privacy bills pending in the Congress. Subscribers also receive an annual index on CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.
