This contract contains options, which if exercised, would bring the total cumulative value of the contract to $47,514,124. Work will be performed in Fairfax, Va. (64 percent); State College, Pa. (32 percent); and Austin, Texas (four percent), and is to be completed in November 2003. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured.
