Digital Phone USA Signs Marketing Agreement to Distribute Amplidyne's Line of High Speed Wireless Broadband Products.

Amplidyne, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMPD), a manufacturer of power amplifiers and high speed wireless Internet access products, announced that it has entered into a Marketing Agreement with Digital Phone USA to market, sell and distribute Amplidyne's wireless solutions through Digital Phone's distribution channels to businesses in the enterprise and hospitality markets.

Digital Phone USA, an Avaya Partner, is a Value Added Reseller of phone and IP data solutions located in Stamford Connecticut with distribution channels throughout New England and the upper east coast region. Bill Sigler, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Digital Phone USA, said, "After testing various wireless solutions, we have selected Amplidyne because of their total solution product set and competitive pricing.
