Under that agreement, the date for installation of Spectrum II equipment will begin March 1, 1995, and E-Plus will be entitled en·ti·tle

 to purchase additional interim equipment at a very substantial discount from current prices if Digital Microwave does not meet the delivery dates.

Clifford H. Higgerson, Digital Microwave co-chief executive officer, said, "We are pleased to announce the resolution of the status of the interim equipment we provided for E-Plus. Based on our current information, we believe that we will meet our scheduled delivery dates for Spectrum II.
