Company Drives Corporate Strategy for National Expansion

with Strategic Appointments

Digital Map Products (DMP), a developer of high-performance Internet-hosted mapping applications, today announced the appointments of several prominent businessmen to its Board of Directors, including Patrick F. Stone, a former chief executive at Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF), a Fortune 500 company. Other additions to DMP's Board include first round Taser investor Bruce R. Culver of Westlake Village, Calif. and accomplished entrepreneur William Urschel of Santa Barbara, Calif.

Bringing a wealth of business, executive and entrepreneurial experience, the new board members will enhance DMP's corporate strategy to increase its penetration into the real estate market as well as other vertical markets and expand its footprint nationally.

Patrick F. Stone has a distinguished business career that spans over three decades. Stone served as CEO of Fidelity National Information Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: FNIS FNIS - Fidelity National Information Solutions), president and COO of Fidelity National Financial, and president of Fidelity National Title of Oregon. Prior to that, Stone held executive positions at various title companies throughout the western United States. In addition to serving on DMP's Board of Directors, Stone holds board positions with Metrocities Mortgage, The Stone Group, Acoustic Home Loans, World Minerals, Homegain.com and the Santa Barbara Museum of Art.

Bruce R. Culver has more than 30 years of domestic and international business experience as an executive, investor, board member and small business owner. He has founded and funded numerous staffing and recruiting companies in the United States and the United Kingdom, including IdealHire, Professional Staff and Lab Support (now called On Assignment). Culver also owns California Distribution, a warehousing, logistics transportation and distribution business, and provided the angel investment funding for Taser International, Inc., a weapons manufacturer.

William Urschel is an accomplished author and entrepreneur. Since the 1980's, he has founded a number of technology companies, including Experclick, Addison Hunter, InterQuest Partners, Alliance Manufacturing Software, and Arc Tangent. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Urschel wrote more than 40 articles on computer-related subjects for PC World and Personal Computing. He also authored several books and software products. In addition, Urschel was a trustee for the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History.
