(NASDAQ: ISLD) today announced that it has been selected to provide streaming media services for Sun Microsystems at the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) convention, held April 23-26, 2001, in Las Vegas. By joining forces to Webcast Sun activities at the convention, these technology leaders are showcasing the ease of producing and delivering high quality video content over the Web, as well as the opportunity for traditional media to take advantage of the Internet to reach new audiences.

Sun will conduct several 10-minute interviews each day of the conference with high-level executives, industry partners, customers, press and analysts at NAB. Digital Island will encode the interviews and upload them to the Web for playback on demand. The Webcasts will be available at www.sun.com/media beginning April 23.
