Additionally, Kraig Koehn (London) and Effendy Shahul-Hamid (Kuala Lumpur) will provide technical pre- and post-sales support for the European and Asian regions respectively. Koehn joins the company from Cable and Wireless and Shahul-Hamid was most recently with Telekom Malaysia.
