PRIZM will offer a wide range of financial services to commercial customers of financial institutions. These services are affordable, easy to implement, operate compatibly within industry standards and are secure.

The administrative functions will allow the customer to control who will have access to the system using enhanced security features. The company plans to rollout more services to its PRIZM system throughout 1998. This will include ACH (Automated Clearing House) A system of the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank that provides electronic funds transfer (EFT) between banks. It is used for all kinds of fund transfer transactions, including direct deposit of paychecks and monthly debits for routine payments to , wire services and foreign exchange.
