), the premier provider of online direct marketing solutions for enterprises, today reported that email blocking rates experienced by clients dropped from 3.2 percent for the calendar quarter ending December 31, 2003, to 1.4 percent for the calendar quarter ending March 31, 2004. Total failure rates, which include blocks, technical failures, hard bounces and soft bounces, dropped from 11.2 percent to 8.2 percent.
