Digital Fountain Expands European IPTV Presence with Neptuny Partnership.


Neptuny Will Provide a New Sales Channel for Digital Fountain's IPTV (Internet Protocol TV) Also called "TV over IP," IPTV delivers scheduled TV programs and video-on-demand (VOD) via the IP protocol and digital streaming techniques used to watch video on the Internet.  Solutions in Europe, as Well as Maintenance, Support, and Training Services in the Region

FREMONT, Calif. -- Digital Fountain, Inc., a leading provider of advanced standardized software solutions for optimizing digital media delivery, today announced a strategic partnership with Neptuny, a leading provider of IPTV services and solutions based in Milano, Italy. Under the terms of this partnership, Neptuny will provide additional sales channel support and services in the European region. This will include customer support, maintenance, and training for users of Digital Fountain's ToughStream(TM) a software solution for IPTV providers that eliminates common service problems associated with packet loss.
