FREMONT, Calif. -- Digital Fountain, Inc., a leading provider of advanced standardized solutions for digital media delivery, today announced the appointment of David Warner as the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Warner brings over 20 years of significant financial leadership experience with large and small, public and privately held, high growth technology companies to Digital Fountain, including senior financial positions at MontaVista Software and Sybase. He will assume responsibility for the company's financial operations. This appointment further strengthens the management team as the company moves forward with strategic growth initiatives in its content delivery network (DF Splash), IPTV (Internet Protocol TV) Also called "TV over IP," IPTV delivers scheduled TV programs and video-on-demand (VOD) via the IP protocol and digital streaming techniques used to watch video on the Internet. , Mobile, and Defense solutions.
