Daryl Plummer is group vice president and research general manager for software infrastructure in Gartner Research. Mr. Plummer has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Mr. Plummer was also data center director of the Technology Resource Center, one of the largest data centers in Florida. Mr. Plummer holds a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering technology and a master's degree in computer science from Florida State University Florida State University, at Tallahassee; coeducational; chartered 1851, opened 1857.
