With the job market at its hottest in years, recruiting top talent isn't easy, especially when recruiting not only for one company, but also for the 10 to 12 new e-businesses that it creates annually. Such is the case for Digital Disrupters, who today announced it has addressed this challenge with the appointment of Thomas Welsh to the newly created chief people officer position.

In this role, Welsh will lead the recruiting and human resources The fancy word for "people." Previous to Entex, he served as the national director of recruiting, tax services for KPMG, where he successfully led a team of 50 recruiters and was responsible for all national tax recruiting efforts. Welsh started his career in recruiting as a consultant with the retained executive search firm Witt/Kieffer, Ford, Hadelman and Lloyd. In that role, he completed searches for CEOs, COOs, CFOs and vice presidents in managed care, healthcare and various other industries.
