BigCover.com begins internal operations on April 3, 2000, and will function as a full-service online broker providing quotes, binding coverages, servicing clients and handling claims. By the end of 2000, the company will launch a business-to-business e-commerce e-commerce, commerce conducted over the Internet, most often via the World Wide Web.
