, the company has traded one day under the symbol 'THBKE', on Friday, March 22. Trading under the symbol THBK will resume on Monday, March 25.

Digital Commerce President Michael Kang reassured investors that Digital Commerce is in full compliance with SEC filing requirements to date.

In the process of the acquisition of NetCare Health Services health services Managed care The benefits covered under a health contract , Digital Commerce changed its year-end from October 31 to December 31. Since the NASD's automated computer system did not record the change of year the NASD erroneously indicated that the company was not in compliance with the prescribed filing schedule.

Digital Commerce International is in the process of changing its name to NetCare Health Group, Inc.
