Digital Commerce International, Inc. Strengthens Management Team; Appoints Former ibill Executive as CFO.

Digital Commerce International, Inc. (OTCBB:THBK), a global provider of Internet-based financial services, today announced that Michael L. Greenberg, former chief financial officer of Internet Billing Company (ibill), a leading worldwide provider of secure transaction processing solutions for business-to-consumer and business-to-business electronic commerce, has been appointed as the chief financial officer for Digital Commerce International, Inc. (DCI).

In his new position, Greenberg will be overseeing DCI's worldwide finance and accounting operations and will report directly to Michael Kang, chairman and chief executive officer of DCI.

Prior to his most recent position at ibill, Greenberg served as the CFO for Excess Risk Underwriters, Inc. where he was engaged in the preparation of financial statements, forecasting and budgeting for profitability, developing feasibility studies and cash flow projections. Greenberg has also held senior positions with International Risk Management (Grand Cayman/Bermuda) Ltd. as their CFO and with KPMG LLP. in Canada as a senior accountant.
