The program is a three-phased project, which will begin with establishing a Rockford, Il-based distribution center to supply consumable products to the Company's client base of commercial printers. Phase two will identify local manufacturing concerns to produce certain of the Companies patented and proprietary products. The third phase would establish a toner manufacturing operation that will produce color and specialty toners used by the Company's on-press digital color printing systems and certain other printers.
