) today announced that it will offer support for the Microsoft(R) .NET Micro Framework on its industry-leading line of wired and wireless embedded modules. The .NET Micro Framework extends the reach of Microsoft Corp.'s embedded solutions to integrated device platforms with smaller memory footprints. Initial support will be available for the Digi Connect ME The DigiConnect ME is a connector-style embedded module from Digi International with a 10/100Mbit Ethernet interface and a 3.3V TTL serial port.

The module is based on the NET+ARM NS7520, which is a System-on-a-chip (SOC).
