Digging in on the waterfront.


The groundbreaking ceremony of Wesley Grove at Asbury Park Asbury Park, city (1990 pop. 16,799), Monmouth co., E N.J. An Atlantic resort noted for its beach, boardwalk, and convention hall, it has declined since the 1960s. The burning liner Morro Castle grounded off the beach here in Sept.  was followed by a public celebration in Bradley Park, at which exciting plans for Wesley Grove were unveiled. The waterfront development will feature 146 luxury, stand-alone townhomes and luxury condominiums in two art-deco inspired buildings overlooking o·ver·look
