Digex Standardizes E-Mail Hosting Services on Rockliffe MailSite.

BELTSVILLE, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 1999--

Digex Inc., a leading provider of Web hosting and application hosting solutions for businesses, Thursday announced an agreement with Rockliffe Systems Inc., an emerging developer of Internet-based e-mail server software for enterprise solutions.

The agreement states that Digex will deliver Rockliffe MailSite Enterprise as its standard e-mail package for Windows NT customers.

Also, as part of the agreement, Digex and Rockliffe have agreed to work closely at an engineering level to ensure that Digex's customers receive optimal e-mail hosting services. Further, Rockliffe has extended product and support incentives to Digex in exchange for the volume of software licenses Digex has agreed to purchase within the agreement.

Digex has already deployed more than 50 licensed copies of MailSite at its nationwide data centers. Rockliffe MailSite is an Internet Mail and List Server for Windows NT. It is fully compliant with Internet mail standards and implements the SMTP, POP3, IMAP4 and LDAP3 specifications. The latest version of MailSite was recently lauded by Network Computing Magazine, which reported that it is "an effective tool for administering e-mail and handling mailing lists for Web-hosting sites."
