Digeo(TM) Showcases Media Center Technologies for Expanding Set of Markets and Opportunities; Samsung Home Media Center, OCAP-Compatible Moxi Software and IPTV Media Center on Display at CES.

LAS VEGAS and KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Digeo, Inc. is showcasing its broad portfolio of media center products and services at CES to emphasize how its core technologies can be applied to new markets and opportunities. In addition to demonstrating the two-time Emmy(R) Award-winning Moxi Media Center with multi-room capabilities, the company is showing its next-generation media center; OCAP-compatible versions of the Moxi TV interface and guide running on multiple hardware platforms; and its IPTV media center, which recently delivered several world technology firsts in a successful trial on a live commercial system. The company is also demonstrating upcoming features that will further cement the Moxi Media Center's position as a hub for whole-home distribution of digital entertainment.

At CES, Digeo is demonstrating the following:

--  Samsung Home Media Center with Moxi: Announced last April, the
        Samsung Home Media Center is making its CES debut. It's the
        first hardware product to incorporate the Digeo X-Stream media
        center chipset, which combines the functions of more than two
        dozen separate components to provide improved media handling
        and graphic performance at lower cost. The first model of the
        Samsung Home Media Center operates on cable systems that use
        Motorola conditional access, delivering HDTV, digital video
        recording (DVR), and On Demand programming (VOD), along with
        the award-winning Moxi TV interface and applications,
        including telephone features, MP3 jukebox, photos, games, and
        information ticker. The Samsung Home Media Center will be
        available later this year.

    --  Moxi on OCAP: The Moxi TV interface has won an Emmy Award and
        drawn national praise for being easy and intuitive to use.
        Adoption of Open Cable Application Platform (OCAP) standards
        by the cable industry provides an additional market
        opportunity for Digeo to put the Moxi TV interface on set top
        boxes and advanced televisions from multiple manufacturers. At
        CES, Digeo and other hardware manufacturers are demonstrating
        OCAP-compatible versions of the Moxi TV interface and guide
        running on multiple hardware platforms, including Samsung,
        Scientific-Atlanta, and ADB.

    --  IPTV Media Center: Currently in trials on a live commercial
        system and on display at CES, the Moxi Media Center for IPTV
        is a slightly modified version of Digeo's standard Moxi Media
        Center, which has already been deployed to more than 250,000
        homes nationwide on traditional cable systems. Combining the
        existing hardware and built-in Ethernet port with minor
        software modifications, the IPTV media center delivers the
        same Emmy Award-winning TV interface, media center
        functionality, and multi-room distribution of content as the
        standard Moxi Media Center. The IPTV trial has already
        achieved three world's firsts:

        --  Multi-stream HD DVR on a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network
        --  Multi-stream SD DVR over DSL
        --  Multi-room distribution of both live and recorded content
            from an IPTV provider
