:DGSU): 2005 was a year of both opportunity and challenge for DIGSOUND and the music industry.

One of DIGSOUND's most significant developments this year included the release of Phase 1 of DIGSOUND'S proprietary software, VR24/7. This web-based software will allow music providers an online interface enabling more efficient methods for distributing and monitoring content usage. It also provides broadcasters who currently use manual procedures to create cue sheets with the ability to automate and manage this process.

In addition, DIGSOUND licensed Audio Audit's watermarking software (Audio Audit was acquired in June by Nielsen Media Research Inc.) for the Television market. Nielsen Media Research's acquisition of the DIGSOUND-Audio Audit agreement coupled with DIGSOUND's proprietary software, VR24/7, will undoubtedly facilitate change in the B2B (Business to Business) Refers to one business communicating with or selling to another. About DIGSOUND

Using cutting-edge technologies, DIGSOUND Inc. has created a web-based software (VR24/7) that allows music providers an online interface enabling more efficient methods for distributing and monitoring content usage.
