Differential Air Shaft.
New from Tidland Corporation is the "Equalizer Model D2"
differential air shaft, designed to offer consistent, repeatable tension
equalization. The product also has the capability of winding on a single
shaft as well as duplex winding. The Equalizer can run roll setup
spacing to 1/16 of an inch and has accurate operating tension ranges
from 0.25 to greater than 3.0 p.l.i. The Model D2 provides accurate
tension compensation for winding multiple rolls after slitting.
