The technology alliance will combine VorTecs' ability to capture call data items from an ACD/PBX with Dictaphone's voice recording technology. Information collected from the ACD/PBX will be saved with the voice file in the Freedom recording system to provide enhanced search criteria for fast, efficient call retrieval.
