Curated by AR contributor Brian Carter, this exhibition explores Saarinen's remarkable pioneering architecture (TWA TWA Time-weighted average, see there  Terminal, St Louis Tower) and the processes by which it was conceived. Carter gives a talk on the show at 7pm on Thursday 1 October at the Haus der Architektur.

The sea was a recurring theme in Van Gogh's oeuvre, illustrated by this powerful selection of marine works made in Dutch, French and English coastal towns.
