 Diamond Technology Partners, Inc. today announced the founder of operations consulting firm Cleveland Consulting Associates, James C. Spira, 53, joined the firm as a managing partner.

Spira also serves on the firm's management committee, the group responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the firm. Spira will guide the firm's efforts in advising and assisting consumer and retail companies in operationalizing their business strategies.
