The underwriters for the offering were Montgomery Securities, Alex. Brown & Sons Incorporated, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation and Cowen & Company. In addition, the Selling Stockholders have granted to the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 525,000 shares of Common Stock solely to cover over-allotments.
