Diamond I, Inc. and U.S. BioDefense, Inc. Partner to Commercialize Patent Pending Biometric Security Technology.

BATON ROUGE, La. -- Diamond I Inc. (OTCBB: DMOI), a developer of wireless handheld gaming products, and U.S. BioDefense Inc. (OTCBB: UBDE), a Department of Defense central contractor and technology transfer company, announced today the signing of a patent listing and Tech Transfer alliance agreement.

David Loflin, CEO of Diamond I, stated, ``IBM has patent licensing revenues of $1 Billion or a fifth of total profits. Under the agreement, U.S. BioDefense Inc. will Market the Intellectual Property on its technology transfer exchange web site www.T2X.US . UBDE will focus on assisting Diamond I, Inc. in generating new revenue channels from potential licensees in order to rapidly bring to market its Patent Pending Biometric Security Technology. The goal is to form partnerships with Fortune 500 Companies and Government Agencies for leveraging Diamond I into several new vertical industry fields of use for its inventions.
