ALPHARETTA, Ga. -- Diamond Houston 1, LLP, a joint venture ownership group comprised of Dellisart Lodging, the Diamond Group and Apollo Property Partners, today announced that it has opened the 122-suite Staybridge Suites by Holiday Inn in the West Houston-Energy Corridor of Texas. The hotel is managed by Dellisart Lodging Hospitality Management.

The four-story, all-suite hotel is located at 1225 Eldridge Parkway, in the heart of Houston's "energy corridor," surrounded by numerous business parks, including Westlake, Enclave, Park 10 and the Conoco and Shell campuses. Additionally, numerous major multinational corporations' headquarters are in the immediate area, including Sysco Foods, Citgo and British Petroleum.

Hotel amenities include high-speed Internet access, 24-hour business center, complimentary breakfast and evening reception, outdoor courtyard with pool and BBQ area, fitness center and a fully stocked library with books and board games and television viewing area. Suites have separate living and work areas with two-line speaker telephones and personalized voice mail, as well as fully equipped kitchens.

Alpharetta, Ga.-based Dellisart Lodging is an owner, acquirer, manager and developer of nationally branded, quality hotels throughout the United States. The company currently owns and manages two Staybridge Suites in the Chicago suburban market and has a Wingate Inn scheduled to open in January 2006. The Staybridge Suites in Tallahassee, Fla. is a management contract due to open in the spring of 2006. Dellisart Lodging is developing several new properties for 2006 and 2007, including the 206-room, 19-story, Staybridge Suites in Downtown Chicago.
