Diamond Home Services Announces Resignation of Director.

WOODSTOCK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 1999--

Diamond Home Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: DHMS) today announced that James F. Bere has resigned as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. The resignation became effective immediately.

"Now that Diamond has successfully negotiated new agreements with its banks and other constituents, I feel that my objectives with the Company have been realized," said Mr. Bere. "As a result, I think the Company, its shareholders, and its business partners would all benefit from the fresh perspectives a new Director could present."
