DiaSys and VWR International Sign an Exclusive Two-Year Sales and Service Agreement for Canada.

:DYX DYX Dyslexia ), a global healthcare products company, today announced that it has entered into an exclusive two-year sales and service agreement with VWR International VWR International is a global leader in the distribution of research laboratory products, with over 1,200,000 items to more than 250,000 customers in North America and Europe. The U.S. division is headquartered in West Chester, Pennsylvania.  Ltd., one of Canada's largest providers of healthcare products.

Under the agreement, VWR International will promote, sell and service several DiaSys product lines in Canada, including the DiaSys "FE" series workstations used to analyze human body fluids for parasites, the DiaSys Parasep system of single-use containers for collection, filter and analysis of parasites in human body fluids, and the DiaSys Urisep single-use tubes to collect and concentrate human proteins.
