:DIYS) today announced that it has entered into a three year product supply agreement with Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. to supply urine workstations to Kaiser Permanente, the nation's leading not for profit integrated health system. The DiaSys(R) Urine Sediment Analyzer was selected by the Kaiser Permanente Standards and Sourcing Team for Hematology as the recommended product to be used in conjunction with their standard urinalysis analyzers whenever a microscopic urine test is required. The agreement does not include minimum commitments. However, Kaiser Permanente manages numerous laboratory facilities nationally, 14 of which currently use one or more DiaSys workstations.
