DiaSys Corporation Signs Exclusive Agreement with Leading Clinical Diagnostics Distributor in Venezuela; Company to Immediately Commence Sales of Diagnostics Products in Country.

: DYX DYX Dyslexia ), a global diagnostic products company, announced today that it has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Repreclin S.A., a large clinical diagnostics distributor based in Venezuela. Repreclin, founded in 1988, is the exclusive distributor for Beckmann Coulter Inc. and Instrumentation Laboratory SpA. The distributor will represent the complete line of DiaSys' products in Venezuela, including parasitology Parasitology

Repreclin has five offices in Venezuela, with over 60 employees to support sales and technical issues. The company has distributed over 2,000 instruments in the country and is the largest clinical diagnostics distributor to the Social Security/Ministry of Health in Venezuela. The company has over 4 million parasites tested on the equipment it distributes, along with a test volume of over 8 million urine samples annually.
