:DYX DYX Dyslexia ), a global healthcare products company, today announced that on January 30, 2006 it received a letter from staff of the American Stock Exchange American Stock Exchange (AMEX)

Stock exchange in the U.S. Originally known as “the Curb,” it began as an outdoor marketplace in New York City c. 1850. It moved indoors to its present location in the Wall Street area in 1921.

Requirements, including minimum shares outstanding, market value, and income, that are laid down by an exchange for any stock to be listed for trading.
 (contained in Section 1003(a)(ii) of the AMEX Company Guide) in that it had shareholders' equity of less than $4,000,000 and losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in three out of its four most recent fiscal years. The Staff letter indicated an intent to immediately initiate delisting proceedings.

The Company does not believe that it will be able to meet such listing requirements during its current fiscal year, ending June 30, 2006, and has elected not to appeal the AMEX staff determination. The Company's common stock has been submitted for trading on the NASD NASD
