Morris Silverman, Chairman of the Board of DiaSys Corporation stated, "Huge advances have been made in protein analysis techniques and monoclonal antibody development, which we believe will now enable the company to commercialize its' patented technology when testing is completed. When this test is used with regular annual physicals, the demand in the United States alone could exceed 100 million in the general population.

Current testing methods are technically difficult, slow and expensive. DiaSys' urine test is a unique, non-invasive dipstick dipstick /dip·stick/ (dip´stik) a strip of cellulose chemically impregnated to render it sensitive to protein, glucose, or other substances in the urine.  format, measuring kappa and lambda light chains separately, with minimal operator time, reduced processing time, antibody-linked specificity, high sensitivity, with all reagents included.
